Payment and Pricing
Payment in U.S. Dollars is due and payable at the time of contracting services with Sea Safe Maritime Services. We reserve the right to adjust prices at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you; provided we will provide notice to you ten days advance notice of any price changes with respect to your specific plan rate. All prices shown on our site do not include applicable sales tax and other fees or charges and are additional to any prices shown on our website.
Limitation of Liability
Sea Safe Maritime Services or any of its affiliated names or employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature resulting from services provided to you. We make no warranties implied or otherwise.
